The extraction tools that came with it I found to be a bit intimidating so I don’t use them, but man is this the best little steamer ever! LOOOOVEE the essential oil basket. You can also use dry herbs in it. Impressed with the power on this thing too. No regrets on this purchase.

I had this product less than an year and it just stopped working. So bumped and disappointed. I can’t even return it because the window is closed. Avoid it spending your money on this one!!!!

After they saw my review they contacted me right away. They sent me a new one because there was a one year warranty which I didn’t know about loll. The new one came really quick. And their costumer service is amazing. So if you are planning to get this one , i definitely recommend. They have a 1 year warranty and amazing and quick costumer service. The product itself is amazing too. I really like that it has a separate chamber for essential oils (main reason I bought) and it has options for both hot and cold. It’s also not that huge , so it’s easy to place it anywhere.

Hi! Mine had trouble producing steam after 3 uses. Before returning I left it upside down over a bowl for 24 hours to let the water drain and the unit dry. Produces steam fine now 🙂

A few minutes a day of a total bliss! I keep it next to my bathroom sink and use it daily in my face cleaning ritual. I think my hair is getting a little benefit from it as well during this dry air season. BUT, I have one question. What is that coming out of it when I pour out the remaining water? It looks like lumps of salt, white and black.
